Gyakie
Jackline Acheampong (born 16 December 1999), known professionally as Gyakie, aka Song Bird is a Ghanaian R&B and afro-fusion singer. In 2019, Gyakie released her first single titled "Love is Pretty", which paved the way for another single, "Never Like This". In August 2020, the "Forever" song from her five-track EP ''Seed'' enjoyed airplay and led the charts in Ghana, Kenya and Nigeria. Gyakie's father is Nana Acheampong. Early life and education Gyakie was raised in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region of Ghana. She graduated from T.I. Forever (Gyakie Song)
"Forever" is a song by Ghanaian singer-songwriter Gyakie from her debut five-track extended play ''Seed - EP'', it was released on 7 August 2020 and accompanied by the visuals that premiered the same day on YouTube. The song was released through SM Entertainment West Africa under exclusive license from Jackline Acheampong (Flip The Music). Ernest "Owoahene" Nana Acheampong, popularly known as Nana Acheampong, is a Ghanaian Highlife musician. He is also the other half of the famous Lumba brothers who popularized Burger-highlife in Ghana (the other is Charles Kojo Fosu, also known as Daddy Lumba). Nana Acheampong is also known as the Champion Lover boy. The Abuakwa native and Kumasi Technical Institute graduate has a musical career spanning more than 30 years. 3Music Awards 2022
The 5th 3Music Awards was held on 26 March 2022 at the Grand Arena of the Accra International Conference Centre, in Accra to recognize the works of artists in the year under review. It was broadcast by TV3, 3MUSIC TV, DGN and HD +. The ceremony's theme was ''''More Than Music'''', and was held in-person with an audience following the previous year's virtual ceremony. The nominees were announced on 15 February 2022 during a ceremony at the Teelande Tea Garden in Accra, Ghana. Kuami Eugene received the most nominations with 16, followed by Sarkodie who had 13 and KiDi who received 10 nominations. On 14 March, Boomplay was announced as an official partner of the awards.
