Yellow Tea
Yellow tea is a particular lightly oxidized tea, either Chinese ''huángchá'' ( zh, t=黃茶, s=黄茶, labels=no) and Korean ''hwangcha'' (). Chinese ''huángchá'' ''Huángchá'' is increasingly rare and expensive. The process for making it is similar to that of green tea but with an added step of encasing, or ''sweltering'', giving the leaves a slightly yellow coloring during the drying process. Chinese yellow tea is often placed in the same category as green tea because of its light oxidation. Black tea (also literally translated as red tea from various East Asian languages) is a type of tea that is more tea processing, oxidized than oolong, yellow tea, yellow, white tea, white, and green tea, green teas. Hadong County () is a county in South Gyeongsang Province, South Korea. It is located on the far-west side of the province, bordering South Jeolla Province.
