Vakhtang Chanturishvili
Vakhtang Chanturishvili ( ka, ვახტანგ ჭანტურიშვილი; born 5 August 1993) is a Georgian footballer who plays for Jablonec as a left winger. Club career Chanturishvili started his career in Norchi Dinamoeli. He made his debut for the team on 23 August 2013 in a match against FC Samgurali Tskaltubo. On 7 June 2023, Chanturishvili joined Czech First League side Jablonec. International career In May 2016, Chanturishvili was called up and earned his first cap with the senior team in a 3–1 loss against Slovakia on 27 May, he started and was replaced in the 45th minute by Levan Kenia. Ozurgeti ( ka, ოზურგეთი ) is the capital of the western Georgia (country), Georgian province of Guria. It was formerly known as Macharadze or Makharadze (named in honor of Filipp Makharadze). It is a regional center of tea and hazelnut processing. Ozurgeti is also administrative center of Ozurgeti Municipality, Ozurgeti District. Georgian Super Cup
The Georgian Super Cup is a super cup tournament in Georgian football. Founded in 1996 as a two-team competition, the current version has been contested since 2023 by four teams, those being the first, second, and third placed teams in the Erovnuli Liga, as well as the winners of the Georgian Cup. Formerly, the tournament used to be a single football match solely played between the champions of the Erovnuli Liga and the winners of the Georgian Cup. When a club had won both competitions, the Georgian Cup losing finalists play for the Super Cup. This occurred in 1996, 1997, 2013 and 2014 when Dinamo Tbilisi won the double on all four occasions. 2011–12 Umaglesi Liga
The 2011–12 Umaglesi Liga was the 23rd season of top-tier football in Georgia. It began on 6 August 2011 and ended on 21 May 2012. The league added two teams for this season, increasing its size from ten to twelve teams. The league was won by Zestaponi, who successfully defended their title. Metalurgi Rustavi, Torpedo Kutaisi and Dila Gori qualified for the 2012–13 UEFA Europa League, while Spartaki Tskhinvali and Gagra were relegated. Changes from 2010–11 season The league expanded from ten to twelve teams for this season. In order to accommodate the additional teams, the competition mode was changed from a single-phase, quadruple round-robin schedule to a double-phase championship.
