Trevor Dodds
Trevor George Dodds (born 26 September 1959) is a Namibian professional golfer. Dodds was born in Windhoek, South West Africa. He turned pro in 1985. He won the Canadian Tour Order of Merit in 1995 and 1996. Dodds has compiled 13 wins on four different tours: the PGA Tour, Nationwide Tour, Sunshine Tour and the Canadian Tour. Windhoek (, , ) is the capital and largest city of Namibia. It is located in central Namibia in the Khomas Highland plateau area, at around above sea level, almost exactly at the country's geographical centre. The South African Open is one of the oldest national open golf championships in the world, having first been played in 1903, and is one of the principal tournaments on the Southern-Africa-based Sunshine Tour. Since 1997 it has also been co-sanctioned by the European Tour. History The first formal event was organised in 1903, following a series of exhibition matches that had been held over the preceding ten years. The championship was initially contested over just 36 holes until 1908, when it was extended to become a 72-hole tournament. Ian Donald Leggatt (born September 23, 1965) is a Canadian professional golfer. Early life Leggatt was born in Galt, now part of Cambridge, Ontario. Professional career Leggatt has won one PGA Tour event and one Nationwide Tour event. He retired from professional golf in May 2009 due to injuries. Deane Pappas
Deane Pappas (born 12 December 1967) is a South African professional golfer. He has won twice on both the Southern Africa-based Sunshine Tour and on the second-tier United States based Buy.com Tour, now the Web.com Tour. Pappas was born in Phalaborwa, Limpopo province, South Africa, as the second youngest of four brothers, three of them to became professional golfers. He was a three-time All-American at the University of Arkansas, where he was a teammate of John Daly. At the 1988 Eisenhower Trophy at Ullna Golf Club in Stockholm, Sweden, Pappas together with his brother Sean, was part of the four-men team representing Greece. Pappas turned professional in 1992 and joined the Sunshine Tour in 1994. He won for the first time on the tour in 2001, at the prestigious South African PGA Championship. Joe Daley (golfer)
Joe Daley (born October 30, 1960) is an American professional golfer formerly of the PGA Tour and Nationwide Tour. He now plays on the PGA Tour Champions. On 1 July 2012, Daley won the Senior Players Championship for his first major victory on the Champions Tour. Professional career Daley was born in Chestnut Hill, Pennsylvania, attended and played golf at Plymouth-Whitemarsh High School before walking on to the golf team at Old Dominion University. He did not turn pro until 1992 at the age of 32, having been a wholesale credit manager since graduating from college. Daley played on the Nationwide Tour in 1997 and 1999 to 2009. Jeffrey Allan Maggert (born February 20, 1964) is an American professional golfer who plays on the PGA Tour and PGA Tour Champions. Early life Maggert was born in Columbia, Missouri. He was raised on a golf course in The Woodlands, Texas where he attended McCullough High School. Amateur career Maggert attended Texas A&M University. He was an All-American member of the golf team. Professional career Maggert turned professional in 1986. Early in his career he played overseas, especially on the Asia Golf Circuit and PGA Tour of Australia.
