Guy Potter (born 25 April 1992) is a British actor, director and producer. He has featured in film, television and stage alongside working under his company High Sierra Films. Early life Potter was born in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire in 1992. Potter attended Blundell's School in Devon, where he began performing in school productions and his class' self-scripted play ''The Importance of Being a Man'', which was invited to go to the National Student Drama Festival (2010). Inspired by a school visit from Nina Gold for an audition for Steven Spielberg's War Horse (film), ''War Horse'', he decided to take acting seriously as a profession. Loraine James (born 18 December 1995), also known as Whatever the Weather, is a British electronic music producer and musician. Early life Loraine James was raised in an Alma Estate tower block in Enfield, North London. Her interest in music began in childhood. She took piano lessons, and was allured by 2000s alternative bands like Paramore and Death Cab for Cutie, as well as the calypso and funk music her mother introduced her to. In her adolescence, James took an interest in electronic music and was inspired by IDM artists like Squarepusher and Telefon Tel Aviv. She majored in commercial music at the University of Westminster. Despite this, James planned on following in the footsteps of her mother and pursuing a career in education. James is queer. ''Hegoledh'' is an upcoming short film written and directed by Guy Potter. The film was funded via Crowdfunder and is the follow up to '' Trengellick Rising.'' Synopsis ''Cornish for 'superstition', tempers fray in Hegoledh as bad omens run rife and a shortage of fish befalls a remote fishing village in Cornwall. A stranger arrives to help, but *something* is stopping the fish from biting, and no one knows why.'' Production Development Development of the film began in late 2024, with Guy Potter writing the script as part of an MA course whilst studying at Falmouth University.
