''Tiep'' (or ''thieb or benechin or benachin or jollof rice)'' is a traditional dish from Senegal and an intangible cultural heritage of humanity that is also consumed in Mauritania, Guinea-Bissau, Guinea, Mali, The Gambia, and other West and Central African countries.
