Svolhusgreini is a mountain on the border of Agder and Vestfold og Telemark counties in southern Norway. The tall mountain is the 14th highest mountain in Agder county. Brandsnutene or Brandsnutane is a tall mountain on the border of Agder and Vestfold og Telemark counties in southern Norway. It is the second highest mountain in Agder of the mountains with a prominence of at least . The mountain is located on the border of the municipalities of Bykle (in Agder) and Tokke (in Vestfold og Telemark). The mountain has a secondary peak of located about east of the municipal/county border inside Tokke. The mountain sits in the Setesdalsheiene mountains on the east side of the Setesdal valley. It is part of a line of large mountains marking the county border. Bykle is a municipality in Agder county, Norway. It is located in the traditional district of Setesdal. The administrative centre of the municipality is the village of Bykle. Other villages in Bykle municipality include Berdalen, Bjåen, Breive, Hoslemo, Hovden, and Nordbygdi. Bykle was established as a municipality on 1 January 1902 when it was separated from the municipality of Valle. The municipality is the 60th largest by area out of the 356 municipalities in Norway. Berdalen
Berdalen is a village in Bykle municipality in Agder county, Norway. The village is located in the Setesdalen valley, along the river Otra and the Norwegian National Road 9. It is about north of the village of Bykle and the same distance south of the village of Hovden. The small village of Hoslemo and the lake Vatndalsvatnet both lie about to the west of the village. Berdalen has several large mountains located about to the east along the municipal border. Setesdalsheiene () is the collective term for the mountains to the west and east of the Setesdalen valley in Agder county in Southern Norway. The river Otra flows through the valley between the mountains. This area is primarily located in the municipalities of Bykle, Valle, Bygland, Evje og Hornnes, Sirdal, Kvinesdal, and Åseral. The vast Hardangervidda plateau lies to the north and the Ryfylkeheiene mountains lie to the west. Agder
Agder is a county (''fylke'') and traditional region in the southern part of Norway. The county was established on 1 January 2020, when the old Vest-Agder and Aust-Agder counties were merged. Since the early 1900s, the term Sørlandet ("south country, south land, southland") has been commonly used for this region, sometimes with the inclusion of neighbouring Rogaland. Vestfold Og Telemark
Vestfold og Telemark (; ) is a county under disestablishment in Norway. The county is the southernmost one of Eastern Norway and consists of two distinct and separate traditional regions: the former counties of Telemark and (most of) Vestfold. The capital is located at the town of Skien, which is also the county's largest city. While Skien is the seat of the county municipality, the seat of the County Governor is Tønsberg. In topography, prominence (also referred to as autonomous height, relative height, and shoulder drop in US English, and drop or relative height in British English) measures the height of a mountain or hill's summit relative to the lowest contour line encircling it but containing no higher summit within it. Tokke is a municipality in Telemark in the county of Vestfold og Telemark in Norway. It is part of the traditional region of Vest-Telemark.
