Paul R. LePage
Paul Richard LePage (; born October 9, 1948) is an American businessman and politician who served as the 74th governor of Maine from 2011 to 2019. A member of the Republican Party, he previously served as the mayor of Waterville, Maine, from 2004 to 2011 and as a city councilor for Waterville from 1998 to 2002. LePage was elected mayor of Waterville in 2003 and reelected in 2008. He ran for governor of Maine in the 2010 election, winning with 37 percent of the vote in a five-candidate race. He was re-elected with a stronger plurality, 48 percent of the vote, in a three-candidate election in 2014. During his tenure as governor, he made extensive use of his veto power, vetoing 652 bills as of July 2018, more than the total by all Maine governors over the previous 100 years combined. Peter Snowe
Peter Trafton Snowe (January 16, 1943 – April 10, 1973) was an American politician who served in the Maine House of Representatives from 1967 until his death in a car accident in 1973 at age 30. He was the husband of Olympia Snowe, who went on to be elected to his seat in the state legislature after his death and was later elected to the U.S. House of Representatives from 1979 to 1995 and served three terms in the U.S. Senate from 1995 to 2013. Bangor ( ) is a city in and the county seat of Penobscot County, Maine, United States. Lewiston High School (LHS) is a public high school in Lewiston, Maine, United States. The school was founded in 1850 and has occupied its current building since 1973.The school mascot is the Blue Devil and the colors are blue and white. The new principal is Jonathan Radtke.
