Mervan Çelik
Mervan Çelik (born 26 May 1990) is a Swedish professional footballer who plays as a winger for GAIS. He has previously played for GAIS, Rangers, Pescara, Gençlerbirliği, Akhisar Belediyespor, Häcken, and Fatih Karagümrük. He has represented Sweden at youth international level. Club career GAIS Çelik played for IF Warta and BK Häcken at youth level before joining GAIS in 2007. "I started as a striker but now I play as an inner midfielder and winger. It does not matter if I play on the right or the left, both positions work for me," he said in an interview on the club's website. Hisingen () is the fifth-largest island of Sweden (after Gotland, Öland, Södertörn and Orust), with an area of . Gothenburg Municipality (''Göteborgs kommun'' or ''Göteborgs stad'') is a municipality in Västra Götaland County in western Sweden. Its seat is located in the city of Gothenburg. Biskopsgården is a district (''stadsdelsnämndsområde'') in Gothenburg Municipality, Sweden. History Today you can find the first trace of humans by the hillsides that was once beaches in an archipelago. The border between Sweden and Norway went through Biskopsgården from the 13th century until 1658, when Bohuslän belonged to Sweden. One of the old yards, Biskopsgården, was used when the Bishop came to visit. Its area stretched up to the mountains over the current Biskopsgården, and it is from there that it got its name. The 2018–19 Svenska Cupen was the 63rd season of the Svenska Cupen and the seventh season with the current format. The winners of the competition will secure a spot in the second qualifying round of the 2019–20 UEFA Europa League, unless they had already qualified for European competition in the 2019–20 season, in which case the qualification spot will go to fourth-placed team of the 2018 Allsvenskan. Svenska Cupen (, ''The Swedish Cup'') is a knockout cup competition in Swedish football and the main Swedish football cup. Svenska Cupen usually refers to the men's tournament, although a women's tournament is also held. Each year 96 teams compete, comprising the 16 teams from Allsvenskan and the 16 teams of Superettan together with 64 teams from lower tiers of the league system.
