Mahboob Alam (; born 1 January 1968) is a Pakistani politician who had been a member of the National Assembly of Pakistan from June 2013 to May 2018. Early life He was born on 1 January 1968. Political career He was elected to the National Assembly of Pakistan as a candidate of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) from Constituency NA-242 (Karachi-IV) in the 2013 Pakistani general election. He received 166,836 votes and defeated Akram Khan, a candidate of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI). Mahbubul Alam (born 1 December 1983) is a Bangladeshi cricketer who as of 14 August 2009 has played four Tests and four One Day Internationals (ODI). Despite having a First-class cricket, first-class batting average of less than seven, Mahbub scored 59 from 43 deliveries in a One Day International against Zimbabwe in Bulawayo in August 2009. Mehboob Alam () (born 31 August 1981) is a Nepalese cricketer. An all-rounder Mehboob bats left-handed and is a left-arm fast bowler. He made his debut for Nepal against Japan in November 2000. Mohamed Mahbub Alam (1 October 1972 – 4 December 2010) was a Bangladeshi sprinter. In men's 200 metres sprint, he won gold in the 1995 South Asian Games in Madras and silver in the 1999 South Asian Games in Kathmandu.
