''Limbus Company'' is an indie gacha strategy video game for Microsoft Windows and mobile devices using iOS or Android, developed and published by South Korean studio Project Moon. It was released worldwide on February 26, 2023. The game is set in the same dystopian, hyper-capitalist world known only as "The City", where all of Project Moon's other works take place, including ''Lobotomy Corporation'', '' Library of Ruina'', and multiple webcomics such as ''Leviathan'' and ''The Distortion Detective'', but takes place some time after the events of all those stories. Project Moon () is a South Korean video game developer headquartered in Suwon. Founded in 2016, it developed works such as ''Lobotomy Corporation'', ''Library of Ruina'', and ''Limbus Company''. History Project Moon was founded in November 2016, headquartered in Gwanggyo, Gwanggyo New Town in Suwon. The company's original members were composed of college students recruited by the founder Kim Jihoon. The team's goal was to create a video game inspired by media about the paranormal like ''The Cabin in the Woods'' and SCP Foundation. The development cost had been funded through a crowdfunding campaign launched on Tumblbug in 2015. is a collection of Japanese tales written around the beginning of the 13th century. The author is unknown, and it may have been revised several times. ''Man of La Mancha'' is a 1965 musical with a book by Dale Wasserman, music by Mitch Leigh, and lyrics by Joe Darion. It is adapted from Wasserman's non-musical 1959 teleplay '' I, Don Quixote'', which was in turn inspired by Miguel de Cervantes and his 17th-century novel ''Don Quixote''. Alonso Quijano
Alonso Quijano (; spelled Quixano in English and in the Spanish of Cervantes' day, ), more commonly known by his pseudonym Don Quixote, is a fictional character and the protagonist of the novel '' Don Quixote de la Mancha'' by Miguel de Cervantes. At the outset of the work (Chapter 1 of Part I) we are informed that there is confusion about what his name is. Some (imaginary) authors, the text says, disagree about whether his name was Quijada ("jaw") or Quesada, although by reasoning ("conjeturas verosímiles") one could arrive at the name Quijana. ''The Wings'' () is a short novel written by the Korean author Yi Sang in 1936 and published in magazine ''Jo-Gwang'' (조광). It is one of the representative works in psychologism or intellectualism literature from the 1930s. It expresses anxiety, self-consciousness, depression and ego destruction. Yi Sang
Kim Haegyŏng (; September 23, 1910 – April 17, 1937), also known by his art name Yi Sang (), was a writer and poet who lived in Korea under Japanese rule. Although he was a poet, he did not receive specialized education in Korean language or creative writing, and instead majored in architecture at Gyeongseong Industrial High School (. 1926–1929). After contracting tuberculosis in 1933, Yi Sang quit his job as a public official and ran a café, continuing his literary exchanges with Guinhoe (). He died in Japan in April 1937.
