Karnovs Lovsamling
''Karnovs Lovsamling'' (''Karnov's Law Collection'', often referred to as ''Karnov'') is a compilation that contains all significant laws of Denmark. The laws are commented on with interpretations, rulings, administrative decisions and references to literature. In addition, the compilation is updated following legislative changes, so the work the current laws with changes in a single version. History ''Karnovs Lovsamling'' was first produced in 1924,Michael Bogdan, ''Swedish Law in the New Millennium'' (2000), p. 51. under the title ''Hvermands Lovbog'' (''Everybody's Laws''), by district court prosecutor Magnus Karnov (1882-1962), from Sønderborg. It contained the most common Danish laws, and the motive for the release was the Southern Jutland reunion with Denmark. While the country had been under German rule, German law had been applied, but after the reunification, Danish law was introduced gradually. is a platform game released in arcades in 1987. A Nintendo Entertainment System port followed. Players take control of the title character Jinborov Karnovski, or "Karnov" for short. Karnov is a strongman popularly illustrated as being from an unspecified part of the Soviet Union's Central Asian republics as shown on the arcade flyer and again in ''Karnov's Revenge''. As a character created by Data East, Karnov was reintroduced in several other games from the company, including ''Bad Dudes Vs. DragonNinja'' in which he is a boss in the first level. Karnov later appeared in the 1994 Neo-Geo game ''Karnov's Revenge''. Thomas Rørdam
Thomas Rørdam (born 17 October 1952) is a Danish lawyer and former President of the Supreme Court of Denmark. Before becoming a Supreme Court Judge in 2002, Rørdam was a notable defence lawyer. As a criminal defence lawyer he became known for a number of criminal cases, which was widely televised and received great public and media attention, including the case against the Blekingegade Gang, the Vadstrupgård case and the Plejebo case, and thus becoming probably one of the best known lawyers in recent Danish history.
