Karl Gordon
Karl Clive Gordon, known by the stage name K-Gee, is a British DJ, producer, rapper and songwriter and former member of the Outlaw Posse. Gordon was brought up listening to reggae by his father and was inspired to become a DJ after listening to Grandmaster Flash's "The Message" and other early hip-hop tracks. K-Gee and his friend Bello decided to start Outlaw Posse and one of his demo tapes ended up at Richie Rich and in 1990 the debut single "Party" was released and later the album ''My Afros on Fire''. In 1992, the second album ''The Oneness of Two Minds in Unison'' was released, however the band split up and K-Gee returned to being a DJ. In May 1996, K-Gee met Melanie Blatt and Shaznay Lewis who were formerly in All Saints 1.9.7.5., and wanted to relaunch their group with their new-found bandmembers Natalie and Nicole Appleton. All Saints (group)
All Saints are an English girl group formed in London in 1993. They were founded as All Saints 1.9.7.5 by music manager Ron Tom, who later also founded Sugababes, with members Melanie Blatt, Shaznay Lewis, and Simone Rainford. The group struggled to find commercial success upon being signed to ZTT Records and were dropped by the label shortly after Rainford left the group. In 1996, the group were joined by Canadian-born sisters Nicole and Natalie Appleton and signed to London Records under their shortened name. Part of the 1990s wave of British girl groups, their debut album, '' All Saints'' (1997), peaked at number two on the UK Albums Chart and went on to become the UK's third-best-selling girl group album of all time. The album contained three UK number one singles: " Never Ever", "Under the Bridge"/"Lady Marmalade" and "Bootie Call". Terrance Quaites
Terrance Quaites (born May 24, 1976), known professionally as TQ, is an American R&B singer. He is best known for his hit song " Westside", which became a top 40 hit in several countries in 1998. Career Music TQ began his music career in the early 1990s with the R&B group Coming of Age, who had a hit with the ballad "Coming Home to Love". After two album releases, Coming of Age in September 1993 and Comin' Correct in May 1995, the group went their separate ways. The summer of 1998 saw TQ notch his first hit with "Westside". Later that year, on November 10, the album ''They Never Saw Me Coming'' was released, along with the single "Bye Bye Baby", and "Better Days", which followed the next year. In 2000, TQ released his second album, ''The Second Coming''. The album was never released in America but was released in other parts of the world.
