Karl Gordon
Karl Clive Gordon, known by the stage name K-Gee, is a British DJ, producer, rapper and songwriter and former member of the Outlaw Posse. Gordon was brought up listening to reggae by his father and was inspired to become a DJ after listening to Grandmaster Flash's "The Message" and other early hip-hop tracks. K-Gee and his friend Bello decided to start Outlaw Posse and one of his demo tapes ended up at Richie Rich and in 1990 the debut single "Party" was released and later the album ''My Afros on Fire''. In 1992, the second album ''The Oneness of Two Minds in Unison'' was released, however the band split up and K-Gee returned to being a DJ. All Saints (group)
All Saints was a British-Canadian girl group formed in London in 1993. They were founded as All Saints 1.9.7.5. by music manager Ron Tom. with members Melanie Blatt, Shaznay Lewis, and Simone Rainford. The group struggled to find commercial success upon being signed to ZTT Records and were dropped by the label shortly after Rainford left the group due to a power struggle with Shaznay. In 1996, the group were joined by sisters Nicole and Natalie Appleton and signed to London Records under their shortened name. Terrance Quaites (born May 24, 1976), known professionally by his initials TQ, is an American R&B singer. He is best known for his hit song " Westside", which became a top 40 hit in several countries in 1998. Career Music TQ began his music career in the early 1990s with the R&B group Coming of Age, who had a hit with the ballad "Coming Home to Love". Instant Karma is an independent record label created by former Warner Music Group chairman and head of the BPI, Rob Dickins, in 1999. The label was founded by Dickins after his resignation from Warner Music, where he gained fame for his track record of signing female vocalists such as Enya and the Corrs. Instant Karma's first release was Helicopter Girl's ''How to Steal the World'' album in June 2000; the label received attention for the fact that its very first release was short-listed for the Mercury Prize. Helicopter Girl signed with Instant Karma on the condition that she be permitted not to tour. Dickins noted that he was pleased to have ''How to Steal the World'' as the label's "calling card", but that he planned other releases to have more immediate commercial appeal.
