Josefina Ayerza (born 1950) is a writer and a psychoanalyst who lives and works in New York City. Biography Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in the 1970s she moved to Paris and then settled in NYC where she established a private practice. J. Jacques-Alain Miller (; born 14 February 1944) is a psychoanalyst and writer. He is one of the founding members of the École de la Cause freudienne (School of the Freudian Cause) and the World Association of Psychoanalysis which he presided from 1992 to 2002. He is the sole editor of the books of The Seminars of Jacques Lacan. Life and career 1960s In 1962, Miller entered the École Normale Supérieure where he studied with Louis Althusser. The Drawing Center
The Drawing Center is a museum and a nonprofit exhibition space in Manhattan, New York City, that focuses on the exhibition of drawings, both historical and contemporary. The New Museum Of Contemporary Art
The New Museum of Contemporary Art is a museum at 235 Bowery, on the Lower East Side of Manhattan in New York City. It was founded in 1977 by Marcia Tucker. History The museum originally opened in a space in the Graduate Center of the then-named New School for Social Research at 65 Fifth Avenue. The New Museum remained there until 1983, when it rented and moved to the first two and a half floors of the Astor Building at 583 Broadway in the SoHo neighborhood.
