Jarrod Alexander
Jarrod Fletcher Alexander (born August 13, 1981) is an American musician who has played with many hardcore punk bands. He has been a member of The Suicide File, A Static Lullaby, Dead Country and more recently, My Chemical Romance, Alkaline Trio, Matt Skiba, Meg Myers and Necessary Noise. Early life Alexander started playing the drums in his early teens. He went to Berklee College of Music and graduated in 2003. Career Alexander has played the drums for several bands throughout his career. He was the original drummer for Death By Stereo, who appeared on the band's first album '' If Looks Could Kill, I'd Watch You Die''. He left the band in 2000, but rejoined it in 2006 to record a new album. He performed drums on the American Nightmare album ''Background Music''. My Chemical Romance is an American Rock music, rock band from New Jersey. The band's current lineup consists of lead vocalist Gerard Way, lead guitarist Ray Toro, rhythm guitarist Frank Iero, and bassist Mikey Way. They are considered one of the most influential rock groups of the 2000s in music, 2000s and a major act in the emo and pop-punk genres, despite the band rejecting the former label. Bob Bryar
Robert Cory Bryar (December 31, 1979 – November 24, 2024) was an American musician and sound engineer best known as the drummer of American rock band My Chemical Romance. He was the longest-tenured and last official drummer in the band, performing in the rock group from 2004 until his departure in 2010. Bryar joined My Chemical Romance shortly after the release of the band's second studio album ''Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge'' in 2004, replacing former drummer Matt Pelissier. He performed on all of the subsequent releases in support of the album, as well as the band's commercially successful concept album, '' The Black Parade'' (2006). Bamboozle Festival
The Bamboozle was an annual three-day music festival which was held in New Jersey from 2003 to 2012, and was scheduled for a 2023 revival in Atlantic City by its founder. Every year, new bands competed for spots during the two days. The event evolved out of the Skate and Surf Festival. The 2012 event was the final one of its original run, as founder John D'Esposito subsequently left Bamboozle due to creative differences with organizing partners. Big Day Out
The Big Day Out (BDO) was an annual music festival that was held in five Australian cities: Sydney, Melbourne, Gold Coast, Queensland, Gold Coast, Adelaide, and Perth, as well as Auckland, New Zealand. The festival was held during summer, typically in January of each year but was sometimes held as late as early February in some cities including Perth. The event was conceptualised after the Violent Femmes announced a tour of Australia. Promoters Ken West and Vivian Lees sought another act as middle-level support for the band's tour.
