İsmet Ergün
İsmet Ergün (born 1950) is a Berlin artist and stage designer of Turkish provenance. Alongside her theatre work she has worked in the world of cinema as an art director and as a production designer. The short film "Bende Sıra" ("It's my turn") which she directed, and for which she herself wrote the screenplay, was singled out for commendation at the 2007 Locarno Film Festival: it also won the "Best German Film 2007" at the Berlin "Interfilm" festival later the same year. Ismet Jashari
Ismet Jashari (16 April 1967 – 25 August 1998) also known as Commander Kumanova (), was an Albanian commander of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) who was killed on 25 August 1998 during the fighting with Serbian forces in Kleçkë, Kosovo. The Ismet Jashari-Kumanova Brigade of the KLA was named in his memory. After the Kosovo War, he was declared Hero of Kosovo. Ismet Iskandar (2 May 1948 – 15 October 2024) was an Indonesian politician who served as the regent of Tangerang Regency between 2003 and 2013. Life and career Prior to becoming regent, Iskandar served as municipal secretary under regent Agus Djunara. İsmet İbrahimoğlu (1943–1988) was a Turkish chess player. He was three-time Turkish Chess Champion. Biography İbrahimoğlu was born in 1943 in Yugoslavia, started playing chess in 1962. İsmet Hürmüzlü
İsmet Hürmüzlü (1938 – 19 January 2013) was an Iraqi Turkmen actor, screenwriter and director. He lived most of his life in Turkey. İsmet Hürmüzlü was born in Kerkuk, Iraq. In the 1950s, he joined the Kerkuk Turkmen Theatre as co-founder. Later he came to Turkey and admitted to Ankara State Conservatory in 1961. After graduating from the Conservatory, he started to work in State Theatres of Turkey. In the 1970s, Hürmüzlü founded the Çağlar Art Theatre and tried experimental theatre forms.
