Gant Ladies Open
The Ladies Finnish Open was a professional women's golf tournament held in Finland. It was played as part of the Swedish Golf Tour 1998–2011, the LET Access Series 2012–2019, and after a one-year hiatus, part of the Ladies European Tour between 2021 and 2023. History Finland last hosted a Ladies European Tour event in the Ladies Finnish Masters (2005–2011). Aura Golf, founded in 1958 and one of the oldest golf courses in Finland, hosted the event 15 times between 1998 and 2021, and was also home to a men's Gant Open on the 2015 Challenge Tour. The 2022 edition was held in Åland in recognition of the centennial of the Åland convention, before moving to the Seaside course at Pickala Golf in 2023. In 2021, Finland native Matilda Castren claimed her maiden LET title at the event. Johanna Wrigley (née Gustavsson; born 13 December 1992) is a Swedish professional golfer and Ladies European Tour player. In 2022, she was runner-up at the Saudi Ladies International, the Women's NSW Open and the Aramco Team Series – Bangkok, before captaining the winning team at the Aramco Team Series – New York. Emma Nilsson (golfer)
Emma Nilsson (born 8 March 1994) is a Swedish professional golfer and member of the Ladies European Tour. She was runner-up at the 2020 South African Women's Open. Family and early life Nilsson was born in Kristianstad 1994. Her sister Sarah Nilsson, born in 1997, is also a professional golfer and was a Ladies European Tour rookie in 2017. Amateur career As an amateur Nilsson won the Swedish Junior Strokeplay Championship in 2008, and finished 3rd at the Swedish Junior Matchplay Championship in 2011. Sanna Nuutinen (born 8 April 1991) is a Finnish professional golfer playing on the Ladies European Tour (LET) and LPGA Tour. In 2019, she was runner-up at the Tipsports Czech Ladies Open and in 2020, she finished 5th on the LET Order of Merit. Amateur career Nuutinen represented Finland at the 2007 and 2008 European Girls' Team Championship before capturing the bronze in the 2009 edition. A golf prodigy, she became the youngest winner of the British Ladies Amateur, at age 15. She won twice on the Ladies European Tour as a teenager, and was the 2018 LET Rookie of the Year. 2018 LET Access Series
The 2018 LET Access Series was a series of professional women's golf tournaments held from April through November 2018 across Europe. The LET Access Series is the second-tier women's professional golf tour in Europe and is the official developmental tour of the Ladies European Tour. The Jabra Ladies Open, held at the Evian Resort Golf Club in France and since 2014 the European qualifying competition for the Evian Championship, became the tour's first dual-ranking event with the LET. Nina Pegova (, born 5 January 1994) is a Russian professional golfer who has played on the Ladies European Tour. Career Pegova won the Russian Open Amateur Championship three times and was runner-up in the Finnish Amateur and Hungarian Amateur Championships. Ursula Wikström (née Tuutti) (born 3 July 1980) is a Finnish professional golfer who plays on the Ladies European Tour. Tvesa Malik (born 14 December 1995) is an Indian professional golfer from Bangalore. 2021 Ladies European Tour
The 2021 Ladies European Tour was a series of golf tournaments for elite female golfers from around the world. The tournaments were sanctioned by the Ladies European Tour (LET). The season was affected by the COVID-19 pandemic with many tournaments either being postponed or cancelled. Among the cancellations was the Australian Swing, the tour's season opening.
