Foued Kadir
Foued Kadir (born 5 December 1983) is a professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder for Championnat National 2 club Istres. Born in France, Kadir was a member of the Algeria national team at the 2010 Africa Cup of Nations and the 2010 FIFA World Cup. He scored two goals in twenty-five games for Algeria. Club career Born in Martigues, Kadir began his career in the youth ranks of his hometown club, Martigues. At the age of 18, after numerous problems during his time with the club, he contemplated quitting football to become a police officer. After leaving the club, he played briefly for two amateur sides, AS Gignac and Stade Beaucairois, before joining Troyes' reserve team. Valenciennes Football Club (; commonly known as Valenciennes, VA or VAFC) is a French professional football club based in Valenciennes. The club was founded in 1914 and currently play in Championnat National, the third tier of French football. The 2010 Africa Cup of Nations, also known as the Orange Africa Cup of Nations for sponsorship reasons, was the 27th Africa Cup of Nations, the biennial football championship of Africa ( CAF). It was held in Angola, where it began on 10 January 2010 and concluded on 31 January. In the tournament, the hosts Angola were to be joined by 15 nations who advanced from the qualification process that began in October 2007 and involved 53 African national teams. The 5 July 1962 Stadium () (the name refers to 5 July 1962, the day Algeria declared independence), is a football and athletics stadium located in Algiers, Algeria. The stadium was inaugurated in 1972 with a capacity of 95,000. Algeria National Under-23 Football Team
The Algeria national under-23 football team represents Algeria in international football competitions including the Olympic Games. The selection is limited to players under the age of 23, except during the Olympic Games where the use of three overage players is allowed. The team is controlled by the Algerian Football Federation.
