Eoin Cotter
Eoin Cotter (born 29 July 1987 in Douglas, Cork, Ireland) is an Irish sportsperson. He plays Gaelic football with his local club Douglas, and was a member of the Cork senior inter-county team from 2010. Before joining the senior team he also played underage with Cork. He was captain of the team that won the 2005 Munster Minor Football Championship. He also played Under 21, and was part of the panel that won the 2007 Munster and All-Ireland Under-21 Football Championships. At club level he helped Douglas to a first Cork Senior Football Championship final in 2008. However their opponents, Nemo Rangers, were successful in the final. Douglas GAA
Douglas Hurling and Football Club is a Gaelic Athletic Association club in Douglas, Cork, Ireland. The club is affiliated to the Seandún Board and fields teams in Gaelic football, hurling and camogie. History Located in the suburb of Douglas on the southside of Cork, Douglas Hurling Club was founded in 1887 and took part in the first ever Cork SHC that year. The club went onto a period of decline and in 1918 a new club called Castletreasure represented the area. Following the breakup of the Castletreasure Club in 1926, there was no club in the parish until the St Columba's club was formed. This club was officially renamed Douglas Hurling and Football Club in 1938. Hurling was initially the dominant sport in the club, however, Gaelic football made the breakthrough in 1962 when Douglas claimed the Cork JFC title. The Northeast Divisional Board is a division of the United States GAA (USGAA) covering the Boston Metropolitan Area. It is the largest division of the USGAA, which in turn is affiliated to the Gaelic Athletic Association in Dublin, the governing body for Gaelic games (including Gaelic football, hurling, and camogie). Nemo Rangers Hurling and Football Club is a Gaelic Athletic Association club in Ballinlough, Cork, Ireland. The club is affiliated to the Seandún Board and fields teams in Gaelic football, hurling and camogie. Munster Minor Football Championship
The Munster Minor Football Championship is an annual Gaelic football competition organised by the Munster Council of the Gaelic Athletic Association since 1928 for the youngest competitors (under-18) in the province of Munster in Ireland. It is currently sponsored by Electric Ireland and therefore officially known as the Electric Ireland Munster GAA Football Minor Championship.
