Davit Kereselidze
Davit Kereselidze ( ka, დავით კერესელიძე; born 19 August 1999) is a Georgian professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Erovnuli Liga club Dila and the Georgia national team. Kutaladze is the winner of all three domestic competitions. Individually, he was named Goalkeeper of the Year in 2024. Career Well before starting his professional career, Kereselidze was noticed during the 2012 Daraselia Cup tournament where he received a special individual award. In 2015 and 2016, he was called up to the U17 team for UEFA European Championship qualifiers. Kereselidze made his league debut for 2nd division club Tskhinvali as a substitute in a 4–3 win over Zugdidi on 21 April 2017. He remained with the club until its relegation the next year. After joining Gagra, Kereselidze took part in all 18 league games in 2020 without being substituted. Georgian Cup
The Georgian Cup ( ka, საქართველოს თასი) is the main annual association football knockout cup competition in Georgia. It is organized by the Georgian Football Federation (GFF) and is open to clubs of all divisions. The tournament was established in 1990 alongside the formation of the independent Georgian national league, and since 1993 has been officially named the David Kipiani Cup in honor of the famous Georgian footballer David Kipiani. The winner qualifies for the UEFA Europa Conference League and also competes in the Georgian Super Cup against the national league champion. The 2020 Georgian Cup was a single elimination association football tournament which began in August 2020 and ended on 4 December 2020. The winner of the cup earned a place in the first qualifying round of the 2021–22 UEFA Europa Conference League. Saburtalo Tbilisi were the defending Georgian Cup champions after winning the final in the previous season over Locomotive Tbilisi by a score of 3–1. The 2020 Erovnuli Liga or Crystalbet Erovnuli Liga 2020 (formerly known as ''Umaglesi Liga'') was the 32nd season of top-tier football in Georgia. Dinamo Tbilisi were the defending champions. The season began on 29 February 2020 and ended on 10 December 2020. The league winner, Dinamo Tbilisi, earned a place in the UEFA Champions League and the second and third-placed clubs, Dinamo Batumi and Dila Gori respectively, earned a place in the new UEFA Europa Conference League. In March the season was suspended following a decision by the Georgian Football Federation due to COVID-19 pandemic, initially until 1 April, but later the suspension was extended to late June. FC Kolkheti 1913, commonly referred to as Kolkheti Poti, is a Georgia (country), Georgian association football, football club based in Poti. The team competes in the Erovnuli Liga, the top division of Football in Georgia (country), Georgian football. Being registered in 1913, Kolkheti is considered one of the oldest clubs in the South Caucasus. They are the two-time winners of the Soviet republican championship. After an independent Umaglesi Liga was formed in 1990, Kolkheti joined it as a 3rd-tier club and subsequently spent 17 successive seasons before worsening financial problems resulted in their first relegation. The 2024 Erovnuli Liga season or Crystalbet Erovnuli Liga 2024 (formerly known as ''Umaglesi Liga'') was the 36th season of top tier football in Georgia. Dinamo Batumi were the defending champions. Georgian Super Cup
The Georgian Super Cup is a super cup tournament in Georgian football. Founded in 1996 as a two-team competition, the current version has been contested since 2023 by four teams, those being the first, second, and third placed teams in the Erovnuli Liga, as well as the winners of the Georgian Cup. Formerly, the tournament used to be a single football match solely played between the champions of the Erovnuli Liga and the winners of the Georgian Cup. When a club had won both competitions, the Georgian Cup losing finalists play for the Super Cup. This occurred in 1996, 1997, 2013 and 2014 when Dinamo Tbilisi won the double on all four occasions. In 2023, the format of Super Cup changed to be contested between four teams. FC Dinamo Batumi ( ka, საფეხბურთო კლუბი დინამო ბათუმი) is a Georgian professional football club based in Batumi, Adjara that competes in the Erovnuli Liga, the top division of the national football system. FC Shukura Kobuleti, commonly known as Shukura Kobuleti or simply Shukura, is a Georgian football club from Kobuleti, the second largest city in Adjara. After the 2023 season, the team was first relegated to Erovnuli Liga 2, the second tier of Georgian football, and later expelled to Liga 4. But they withdrew without playing a single match there.
