Dinamo Batumi
FC Dinamo Batumi ( ka, საფეხბურთო კლუბი დინამო ბათუმი) is a Georgian professional football club based in Batumi, Adjara that competes in the Erovnuli Liga, the top division of the national football system. The club won the champion's title in 2021 and 2023, the Georgian Cup in 1997–98, and two Georgian Super Cups, in 1997–98 and 2022. In 1990, they changed their name to ''FC Batumi'', only to reverse the decision in 1994. Dinamo play their home matches at Batumi Stadium. History Early period Prior to the formation of this club, there were some other teams existing in the city. In 1923 two newly established clubs called ''Mezgvauri'' (The Sailor) and ''Tsiteli Raindi'' (The Red Knight) merged and became Dinamo Batumi. Adjarabet Arena
The Batumi Stadium ( ka, ბათუმის სტადიონი, ''batumis st’adioni'') officially Adjarabet Arena ( ka, აჭარაბეთ არენა) for sponsorship reasons, is a football stadium in Batumi, Georgia. The stadium has a capacity of 20,035 people. History Construction began in January 2018 and was completed in July 2020. Its inauguration, postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, took place on 27 October 2020 with an official ceremony. The ceremony was attended by then-Prime Minister of Georgia, Giorgi Gakharia. It has a capacity of 20,000 seats and hosts FC Dinamo Batumi's home matches. Revaz Chelebadze ( ka, რევაზ ჩელებაძე; born 2 October 1955) is a Georgian retired footballer who played as a striker. Pirveli Liga
The Georgian Erovnuli Liga 2 ( ka, ეროვნული ლიგა 2; ), organized since 1990 by the GFF, serves as the second division of professional football in Georgia. The league was introduced for the 2017 season under the current name as a part of reorganization process of the entire league system. It was formerly known as Pirveli liga (the First league). Structure There are ten clubs competing in Erovnuli Liga 2. During the season each club plays each other four times, twice at home and twice away. At the end of each season the winner gains automatic promotion and the bottom club is relegated. The runner-up and 3rd placed team participate in two-legged home and away play-off matches against the 9th and 8th placed clubs of Erovnuli Liga, respectively. FC Dinamo Tbilisi ( ka, დინამო თბილისი, ) is a Georgian professional football club based in Tbilisi that competes in the Erovnuli Liga, the top flight of Georgian football. Dinamo Tbilisi was one of the most prominent clubs in Soviet football and a major contender in the Soviet Top League almost immediately after it was established in 1936. The club was then part of one of the leading sport societies in the Soviet Union, the All-Union Dynamo sports society which had several other divisions besides football and was sponsored by the Soviet Ministry of Internal Affairs. Andreas Niniadis
Andreas Niniadis (; born 18 February 1971) is a Pontic-Greek former professional footballer.
