FC Kolkheti-1913 Poti
FC Kolkheti 1913, commonly referred to as Kolkheti Poti, is a Georgia (country), Georgian association football, football club based in Poti. The team competes in the Erovnuli Liga, the top division of Football in Georgia (country), Georgian football. Being registered in 1913, Kolkheti is considered one of the oldest clubs in the South Caucasus. They are the two-time winners of the Soviet republican championship. After an independent Umaglesi Liga was formed in 1990, Kolkheti joined it as a 3rd-tier club and subsequently spent 17 successive seasons before worsening financial problems resulted in their first relegation. As the club's decline continued, it dropped into the third division by 2020. Kolkheti had two unsuccessful playoff campaigns in Liga 3 (Georgia), Liga 3 before securing two consecutive promotions. Fazisi Stadium
The Fazisi Stadium is a multi-use stadium in Poti, Georgia (country), Georgia. It is used mostly for football (soccer), football matches and is the home stadium of Erovnuli Liga club FC Kolkheti-1913 Poti, Kolkheti 1913. It is able to hold 6,000 people. History The arena was inaugurated in 1961 when the first stadium with a capacity for 6,000 spectators was built on this site. In 2013, two tenders regarding the reconstruction were announced, but after contractor organizations failed to meet their obligations, there were court hearings between them and the Poti City Hall. Meanwhile, the club had to relocate to other cities before being able to host their first game in October 2019. At this stage, the stadium had one stand with the capacity of 1,700. FC Dinamo Tbilisi ( ka, დინამო თბილისი, ) is a Georgian professional football club based in Tbilisi that competes in the Erovnuli Liga, the top flight of Georgian football. Dinamo Tbilisi was one of the most prominent clubs in Soviet football and a major contender in the Soviet Top League almost immediately after it was established in 1936. Davit Kvirkvelia ( ka, დავით კვირკველია; born 27 June 1980), nicknamed Dato, is a Georgian football manager and a former player, currently in charge of Liga 3 side Aragvi. Erovnuli Liga 2
The Georgian Erovnuli Liga 2 ( ka, ეროვნული ლიგა 2; ), organized since 1990 by the GFF, serves as the second division of professional football in Georgia. The league was introduced for the 2017 season under the current name as a part of reorganization process of the entire league system. It was formerly known as Pirveli liga (the First league). Structure There are ten clubs competing in Erovnuli Liga 2. During the season each club plays each other four times, twice at home and twice away. At the end of each season the winner gains automatic promotion and the bottom club is relegated. The runner-up and 3rd placed team participate in two-legged home and away play-off matches against the 9th and 8th placed clubs of Erovnuli Liga, respectively.
