Danilo Desideri (born 13 July 1940) is an Italian cinematographer. Luigi Magni
Luigi Magni (21 March 1928 – 27 October 2013) was an Italian screenwriter and film director. Life and career Born in Rome, Magni started his career as a screenwriter, in 1956, with ''Tempo di villeggiatura''. In 1968 he collaborated with Mario Monicelli in creating a real "event" of the Italian cinema by transforming Monica Vitti into a comedic actress with ''The Girl with the Pistol'', and the critical and commercial success of the film pushed him into directing. After the directorial debut with '' Faustina'' (which was also the debut film of Vonetta McGee), in 1969 Magni achieved an extraordinary success with ''Nell'anno del Signore'', which was the highest-grossing Italian film of the year, so as to require for the first time in Italy nighttime screenings to meet the demands of the audience. Carlo Gregorio Verdone (born 17 November 1950) is an Italian actor, screenwriter and film director. Verdone is best known for his comedic roles in Italian classics, which he also wrote and directed. Luigi Kuveiller
Luigi Kuveiller (3 October 1927 – 10 January 2013) was an Italian cinematographer, best known for his collaboration with Elio Petri. Born in Rome, the son of a craftsman - interior decorator, Kuveiller soon abandoned his studies and began working as an apprentice at Cinecittà in the troupe of cinematographer Filiberto Emmanuel for the film ''Redenzione'' (1943), directed by Marcello Albani. In the fifties Kuveiller started an important career as a camera operator, working among others with Aldo Scavarda in ''L'Avventura'' (1960) by Michelangelo Antonioni and with Aldo Tonti in the biblical ''Barabbas'' (1961). Kuveiller made his debut as cinematographer in 1967, at the age of forty, with '' A ciascuno il suo'', a film which marked the beginning of his critically appreciated artistic collaboration with the director Elio Petri. Giuseppe Rotunno
Giuseppe Rotunno (19 March 1923 – 7 February 2021) was an Italian cinematographer. Biography Sometimes credited as Peppino Rotunno, he was director of photography on eight films by Federico Fellini. He collaborated with several celebrated Italian directors including; Vittorio De Sica on ''Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow'' starring Sophia Loren and Marcello Mastroianni, and Luchino Visconti on ''Rocco and His Brothers'' (1960), ''The Leopard'' (1963), and '' The Stranger'' (1967). Rotunno also served as the director of photography for ''Julia and Julia'' (1987), the first feature shot using high definition television taping technique and then transferred to 35 mm film. He was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Cinematography for '' All That Jazz'' and won seven Silver Ribbon Awards.
