Cascade Range
The Cascade Range or Cascades is a major mountain range of western North America, extending from southern British Columbia through Washington (state), Washington and Oregon to Northern California. It includes both non-volcanic mountains, such as many of those in the North Cascades, and the notable volcanoes known as the High Cascades. The small part of the range in British Columbia is referred to as the Canadian Cascades or, locally, as the Cascade Mountains. The highest peak in the range is Mount Rainier in Washington at . part of the Pacific Ocean's Ring of Fire, the ring of volcanoes and associated mountains around the Pacific Ocean. All of the eruptions in the contiguous United States over the last 200 years have been from the Cascade Volcanoes. The two most recent were Lassen Peak from 1914 to 1921 and a 1980 eruption of Mount St. Helens, major eruption of Mount St. Helens in 1980. Cascadian (train)
The ''Cascadian'' was an American named train of the Great Northern Railway on its route between Seattle and Spokane, Washington. The service was introduced in October 1929, then re-equipped as a streamliner in 1954. The train's last run was in 1959. History Soon after its debut, Great Northern introduced through sleeping car service from Seattle to Chicago via the ''Cascadian''. The ''Cascadian'' was officially listed as a streamliner on August 15, 1954. The Great Northern Railway operated a daylight train between Seattle and Spokane that traversed the Cascade Mountains through the Cascade Tunnel. It then descended the eastern slopes through the Cashmere – Wenatchee apple growing region before crossing the Columbia River and climbing up to the high Columbia plateau and the wheat fields of the Inland Empire. Acadia
Acadia (; ) was a colony of New France in northeastern North America which included parts of what are now the The Maritimes, Maritime provinces, the Gaspé Peninsula and Maine to the Kennebec River. The population of Acadia included the various indigenous First Nations in Canada, First Nations that comprised the Wabanaki Confederacy, the Acadian people and other French people, French settlers. The first capital of Acadia was established in 1605 as Port-Royal (Acadia), Port-Royal. Soon after, English forces of Captain Argall, an English ship's captain employed by the Virginia Company of London attacked and burned down the Port-Royal National Historic Site, fortified habitation in 1613. ''Project Wingman'' is a combat flight-action video game developed by Sector D2 and published by Humble Games. It was released on 1 December 2020 on Microsoft Windows with optional VR support for the whole game. Windows Terminal
Windows Terminal is a Tabbed, multi-tabbed terminal emulator developed by Microsoft for Windows 10 and later as a replacement for Windows Console. It can run any command-line app in a separate tab. It is preconfigured to run Windows Command Prompt, Command Prompt, PowerShell, Windows Subsystem for Linux, WSL and Azure Cloud Shell Connector, and can also connect to SSH by manually configuring a profile. ''Saxifraga'' is the largest genus in the family Saxifragaceae, containing about 473 species of holarctic perennial plants, known as saxifrages or rockfoils. Freightliner Cascadia
The Freightliner Cascadia is a heavy-duty semi-trailer truck produced by Freightliner Trucks. The Freightliner Cascadia was designed with fuel efficiency in mind, as well as improving upon several other features including the powertrain offerings, sound mitigation, safety systems, and overall mechanical reliability from its predecessors. It is offered in three basic configurations: Day Cab, Mid-Roof XT, and Raised Roof. The latter two models are sleeper cabs, offered in various lengths, ranging from 48 to 72 inches (Raised Roof models available for 60” or 72” lengths only).
