Arizona's 11th Legislative District is one of 30 in the state, covers parts of Pima and Pinal counties. As of 2021, there are 61 precincts in the district, 34 in Pima and 27 in Pinal, with a total registered voter population of 168,674. The district has an overall population of 235,634. Marcelino Quiñonez is an American politician, playwright, and activist serving as a member of the Arizona House of Representatives from the 11th district. He assumed office on December 16, 2021 after being appointed to replace Diego Rodriguez. Early life and education Quiñonez was born in Durango, Mexico and raised in San Jose, California. Oscar De Los Santos is an American politician. He is a Democratic member of the Arizona House of Representatives elected to represent District 11 in 2022. The Arizona State Senate is part of the Arizona Legislature, the state legislature of the US state of Arizona. The Senate consists of 30 members each representing an average of 219,859 constituents (2009 figures). Members serve two-year terms with term limits that limit Senators to four terms for a total of eight years. Members of the Republican Party are currently the majority in the Senate. There is currently 16 women serving in the Senate after Raquel Terán was appointed, making it the first time a majority of the body was composed of female members. Mark Finchem
Mark William Finchem (born April 24, 1957) is an American far-right politician who served as a member of the Arizona House of Representatives representing District 11 from 2015 to 2023. He is the Arizona coordinator for the Coalition of Western States, an organization that opposes the activities of the Bureau of Land Management and supported the occupation of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge in 2016. A member of the militia group Oath Keepers, Finchem was the unsuccessful Republican Party nominee in the 2022 election for Secretary of State of Arizona. Teresa Martinez is an American politician and Republican Majority Whip for the Arizona House of Representatives, serving th16th legislative district She was initially appointed to the seat in 2021 after incumbent Representative Bret Roberts resigned from office. In 2022, she was elected for a full term. Martinez was born and raised in Casa Grande, the heart of Pinal County. She is the oldest of 5 children and her dad was a miner at the San Manuel Mine.
