Anthony Marshon Davis Jr. (born March 11, 1993), nicknamed "AD" and "the Brow", is an American professional basketball player for the Dallas Mavericks of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Air Commodore Anthony Norman Davis, (14 August 1918 – 1988) was a Royal Air Force officer who served as a pilot during the Second World War. Early life and career Born in the Farnham area of Surrey, Davis was the son of Lieutenant Colonel H. J. N. Davis. He graduated from the Royal Military Academy, Woolwich as a second lieutenant in the Royal Engineers of the British Army. In 1940, he transferred to the Royal Air Force (RAF) as a pilot. Anthony Davis (born September 6, 1970), better known by his stage name Ant, is an American hip hop producer. He is best known as being one half of the hip hop group Atmosphere, but has worked with many other artists and projects, mostly with Rhymesayers Entertainment, such as Brother Ali, I Self Devine, Felt and The Dynospectrum. Anthony Tilton Davis (14 August 1931 – 20 November 1978) was an English first-class cricketer. Davis was a right-handed batsman who bowled slow left-arm orthodox. He was born at Reading, Berkshire. Davis made his Minor Counties Championship debut for Berkshire in 1950 against Cornwall. From 1950 to 1974, he represented the county in 179 Minor Counties Championship matches, the last of which came in the 1974 Championship when Berkshire played Buckinghamshire. He was the Berkshire captain from 1960 to 1970. Additionally, he also played List-A matches for Berkshire. His List-A debut for the county came against Somerset in the 1965 Gillette Cup.
