2025 Cebu City Local Elections
Local elections were held in Cebu City on May 12, 2025, as part of the 2025 Philippine general election. Nestor Dionson Archival Sr. (born June 2, 1958) is a Filipino politician, engineer, businessman, and environmentalist who is the mayor-elect of Cebu City, following the 2025 Cebu City local elections. Before being elected mayor, he had served as a member of the Cebu City Council for the first district since 2019, a seat he previously held from 2013 to 2016 and 2001 to 2010. The Partido Demokratiko Pilipino (PDP, ) is a populist political party in the Philippines founded in 1982. Cebu City's 1st congressional district is one of the two congressional districts of the Philippines in the city of Cebu. 2022 Cebu City Local Elections
Local elections were held in Cebu City on May 9, 2022 within the Philippine general election. Registered voters of the city elected their mayor, vice mayor, district representatives, and city council members. The mayor and vice mayor were elected in separate first-past-the-post votes.
