Nestor Archival
Nestor Dionson Archival Sr. (born June 2, 1958) is a Filipino politician, engineer, businessman, and environmentalist who is the mayor-elect of Cebu City, following the 2025 Cebu City local elections. Before being elected mayor, he had served as a member of the Cebu City Council for the first district since 2019, a seat he previously held from 2013 to 2016 and 2001 to 2010. He is a longtime member of the Osmeña-founded Bando Osmeña – Pundok Kauswagan (BOPK). Early life and education Archival was born on June 2, 1956 in Sirao, Cebu City. His father was a farmer, and his mother was a public school teacher. The ''Mayor of Cebu City'' () is the chief executive of the government of Cebu City in the Philippines. The mayor leads the city's departments in executing ordinances and delivering public services. The South Road Properties (SRP), also known as the South Reclamation Project, is a land reclamation, reclamation area in Cebu City, Philippines. The area, which is reclaimed from Mactan Channel, is located off the coast of the Cebu City's 2nd congressional district, southern district of Cebu City, near Barangays Mambaling, Inayawan, and Pasil. Edgardo Colina Labella (; May 22, 1951 – November 19, 2021) was a Filipino politician and lawyer who served as the mayor of Cebu City from 2019 until his death in 2021. Prior to becoming mayor, he was the city's vice mayor from 2013 to 2019 and was a member of the Cebu City Council from 1998 to 2001 and again from 2004 to 2013.
