RadniÄki nogometni klub Split, commonly known as RNK Split, is a Croatian football club based in the city of Split. History The club had a strong fanbase in the Split's shipyard. The club was founded on 16 April 1912 as Anarch, but has had several names like Borac, Jug, HAÅ K, Dalmatinac, and Arsenal since then. During the Spanish Civil War, RNK Split organized an unsuccessful expedition of his volunteers for the fight on the side of the anti-fascist coalition against Francisco Franco's forces. Stadion Park Mladeži (English: ''Park of Youth Stadium'') is a football stadium in Split, Croatia. It is the second largest football stadium in Split (after Poljud) and is home to the RNK Split football club. The stadium was built in the 1950s (with initial construction starting in 1949) for RNK Split, who began using it in 1955. The stadium was never completed, although it went through some renovation for the 1979 Mediterranean Games which were hosted by the city. The stadium has a total capacity of 4,075 and is located in the Brodarica neighbourhood of Split. Taj Sangara (born December 10, 1992, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) is an American-born Canadian soccer player currently playing for CCBRT United FC in the Canadian Vancouver Metro Soccer League, after releasing by League rival Croatia SC. Career Youth and amateur Sangara passed through the youth ranks of Vancouver Whitecaps FC, playing in U14 and U15 Mountain WFC, and U16 Coastal WFC teams, competing in the Super Y-League. Henri Belle (born 25 January 1989) is a Cameroonian professional footballer who plays as a winger for Nepalese Martyr's Memorial A-Division League side Three Star Club. Hrvoje Sunara (born 4 August 1979) is a Croatian former professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper, and is currently the goalkeeping coach of both the Croatia national under-21 team and Hajduk Split.
