Taj Sangara
Taj Sangara (born December 10, 1992, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) is an American-born Canadian soccer player currently playing for CCBRT United FC in the Canadian Vancouver Metro Soccer League, after releasing by League rival Croatia SC. Career Youth and amateur Sangara passed through the youth ranks of Vancouver Whitecaps FC, playing in U14 and U15 Mountain WFC, and U16 Coastal WFC teams, competing in the Super Y-League. In 2010, with the folding of Whitecaps prior to their move to the MLS imminent, Sangara moved to the local Vancouver FC. He excelled there, playing in the PCSL 2010 Men's U21 Reserve Challenge Cup, scoring 18 goals in the 12 possible matches, and being selected the final game MVP, aged only 17. He moved subsequently to another local club, Richmond FC Hibernians, playing in the Vancouver Metro Soccer League. The Vancouver Metro Soccer League (VMSL) is a soccer men's league operating in British Columbia, Canada primarily in the Lower Mainland area. History The league is an amateur league, and does not compete against or promote teams to the Canadian Soccer Pyramid. Desmond Tachie-Mason (born May 1, 1984) is a Canadian soccer player, who is currently playing and working as coach for the Vancouver Metro Soccer League club West Van FC. Career College Tachie played for the Vancouver Selects and attended Capilano College, who he led to the Canadian Colleges Championship in 2003, earning Canadian Colleges and British Columbia Colleges All-Star selections. Professional Tachie turned professional in 2004, playing with the Edmonton Aviators in the USL First Division, appearing in 13 games. Johnny Sulentic
John Ive Sulentic (born 24 December 1979) is a Canadian former professional soccer player who played as a midfielder and is the technical director for the Port Moody Soccer Club. Early life Sulentic attended Matthew McNair Secondary School and Edwardsville High School. Club career Sulentic began his professional career in 1999 with Vancouver Whitecaps. He broke the USL assist record in his rookie year, with 19 helpers. In 2001, he became Vancouver's all-time assist leader in the post CSL era. In 2002 Sulentic had two trials with Dinamo Zagreb but could not find a place. The Whitecaps offered him a contract in 2005 to play in the USL, but he wanted more money so he moved to German third league side St. Pauli in 2005.
