Monwar Hossain Nannu
Monwar Hossain Nannu (; 27 August 1948 – 16 February 2008) was a Bangladeshi football player during the 1970s and early 1980s. Initially, he played as an attacking midfielder for Abahani Krira Chakra in the First Division. Following an injury in the mid-1970s, he moved to the central defender position and excelled in that position as well. He was a member of Bangladesh's first national football team. Harun Jusoh (2 April 1948 - 24 October 2023) is a former Terengganu FA and Malaysia midfield player. Career overview A midfielder, Harun was a squad player for the Malaysia team in the 1972 Munich Olympics football competition, and also represented Malaysia when it finished third in the 1974 Asian Games in Iran. Dato' Namat Abdullah (30 March 1946 – 17 December 2020) was a Malaysian footballer. He was a part of the Malaysian squad at the 1972 Summer Olympics. Rahim Abdullah (Malaysian Footballer)
Rahim Abdullah (12 September 1947 – 25 March 2025) was a Malaysian footballer who played as a midfielder. A police officer, Rahim played for Penang FA, Perak FA and Selangor FA during his football career. He also played for the Malaysia national team, and competed in the men's tournament at the 1972 Summer Olympics. He also coached for various teams, including as head coach of the Malaysia national team in 1991. In 2004, he was inducted in Olympic Council of Malaysia's Hall of Fame for 1972 Summer Olympics football team. Rahim died on 25 March 2025, at the age of 77. Ismail bin Abdul Rahman (; 4 November 1915 – 2 August 1973) was a Malaysian politician who served as the second Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia from September 1970 to his death in August 1973. A member of the United Malays National Organisation (UMNO), he previously held several ministerial posts.
