Union Sportive Madinat Blida (), known as USM Blida or simply USMB, is a football club based in Blida, Algeria. They play in the Inter-Régions Division, the third tier of Algerian football. Founded in 1932, they have played their home games at Brakni Brothers Stadium since 1936. The club has spent all of its history playing between the first or second tiers.
