''Zippula'' (: ''zippuli''; Italian: ''zeppola'' or ''zeppola calabrese'') is a fried dough made to a recipe from Calabria, Italy. ''Zippula'' is made with flour, water, yeast, boiled potatoes, and a pinch of salt.
