Mehmet Özal
Mehmet Özal (born 31 October 1978 in Ankara, Turkey) is a Turkish wrestler in Greco-Roman style. He is member of the İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi S.K. He competed in the men's Greco-Roman 96 kg at the 2004 Summer Olympics and won the bronze medal. At the World Championships he has won a bronze and a gold medal, in 2001 and 2002 respectively. He also won a bronze medal at the 2005 Mediterranean Games. Greco-Roman Wrestling
Greco-Roman (American English), Graeco-Roman (British English), classic wrestling ( Euro English) or French wrestling (in Russia until 1948) is a style of wrestling that is practiced worldwide. Wrestling At The 2004 Summer Olympics
Amateur wrestling, Wrestling at the 2004 Summer Olympics took place in the Ano Liosia Olympic Hall and was split into two disciplines, Freestyle wrestling, Freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling, Greco-Roman which are further divided into different weight categories. Men competed in both disciplines whereas women only took part in the Freestyle event with 18 gold medals being contested in all. This was the first Olympic Games that included women's wrestling events on the program. Seinäjoki (; "Wall River"; la, Wegelia, formerly sv, Östermyra) is a city located in South Ostrobothnia, Finland; east of Vaasa, north of Tampere, west of Jyväskylä and southwest of Oulu.
