Marcelo Chimento
Marcelo Chimento (born 1964) is an Argentine actor who made several appearances in film and television in Argentina in the 1970s and early 1980s. In 1971 he appeared in the musical ''Balada para un mochilero'' directed by Carlos Rinaldi which starred Jose Marrone. In 1975, he participated in the García Ferré's animated film "Petete y Trapito", providing the voice of Trapito, a little scarecrow. In 1977 he starred in the film ''Brigada en acción''. He gave up professional acting at the age of 26 following some work discrepancies with the management of a TV station. He has since taught drama privately. Carlos Rinaldi
Carlos Rinaldi (February 5, 1915 – 1995) was an Argentine film director of the classical era of Argentine cinema and beyond. He began his career in 1937 with Argentina Sono Film, working in editing. Subsequently, he joined Associated Argentine Artists, where he was responsible for the editing of the company's entire production, earning recognition as the leading editor of his time. Rinaldi made his directorial debut with '' La cuna vacía'' in 1949 and directed numerous films until 1980. ''Trapito'' is a 1975 Argentine comedy-drama adventure animated film directed by Manuel García Ferré. Plot During a stormy night, the sparrow Salapin is about to drown in a mud pool due to exhaustion. Next to the mud pool hangs Trapito, a scarecrow, on his frame. Trapito is a living scarecrow. He picks up Salapin and puts him in his inside pocket where it is dry and warm. The next morning, Trapito admits he is lonely and confused. Salapin takes him to see the Patriarch of the Birds (a wise old owl), who deduces that Trapito lacks imagination since he has been standing in a field all his life.
