Fourteen 14 (sometimes styled as Fourteen Fourteen) was an Italian Eurodance project fronted by former DJ and vocalist Sabrina Perugini. The project was named after her lucky number, 14. The project was produced by Claudio Mingardi, Gianluca Vivaldi, and Riccardo Salani. Sabrina Perugini began her career in the music industry as a professional DJ. At 18, after DJing at clubs throughout Italy, she met producer Claudio Mingardi, who has worked with Roberto Zanetti, better known as Robyx. Roberto has worked with other projects, like Ice MC, Corona, and Double You. Alessia Aquilani, better known as Alexia, was the real vocalist on Fourteen 14's first two singles, "Don't Leave Me" and "Goodbye". Discography There were no albums released for Fourteen 14. Eurodance (sometimes referred to as Euro-NRG) is a genre of electronic dance music that originated in the late 1980s in Europe. It combines many elements of Hip-hop, rap, techno and Eurodisco. Roberto Zanetti (born 28 November 1956) is an Italian singer, music producer and businessman from Massa, Tuscany. As a singer, he is known under the stage name Savage and as a music producer he uses the alias Robyx. Career At the age of fourteen, he began studying piano, quickly developing a passion for music that would shape his future career. During his high school years, he played in a band. While in college, Zanetti's formed a band called Taxi, which included Zucchero Fornaciari on guitar. During this period, he started composing songs, initially in a melodic and commercial style before transitioning to a dance music style. Ice MC (born Ian Colin Campbell, 22 March 1965) is a British rapper who started his professional music career in Italy, when he got a record deal signing to record producer and singer Savage and released his debut single " Easy" in 1989. He's best known for the Eurodance 1990s hit singles " Take Away the Colour", " Think About the Way" and " It's a Rainy Day". Ice MC singles are most notable for being the first Eurodance songs to blend raggamuffin rapping style with female singing choruses. Corona is an Italian Eurodance project. Initially as a group formed by Brazilian-Italian singer and model Olga Maria de Souza and producer Francesco "Checco" Bontempi (a.k.a. Double You were an Italian Techno and Eurodance group founded in 1985 by vocalist William Naraine, keyboardist and producer Franco Amato and DJ Andrea de Antoni.
