Antonella Cvitan
Antonella Cvitan (born 3 September 1980) is a Swedish professional golfer and former Ladies European Tour player. Career Cvitan turned professional in 2001 and joined the Ladies European Tour, having finished 26th at Q-School. She played on the LET until 2010. 2007 was her best season, with top-15 finishes at the Ladies Open of Portugal and Ladies Scottish Open. Playing on the Nedbank Women's Golf Tour in South Africa several seasons early 2000s, Cvitan was runner-up at the 2005 Telkom Women's Classic in Pretoria, two strokes behind Laurette Maritz, after she birdied her final three holes. Cvitan won two titles on the Swedish Golf Tour, the 2004 Telia Grand Opening and the 2006 Klitterbyn Ladies Open. Lisa Holm Sørensen (born 29 September 1982) is a retired Danish professional golfer who played on the Ladies European Tour (LET) and won the Ladies Finnish Masters. Career Sørensen won her first LET event at the 2005 Ladies Finnish Masters, held at Helsinki Golf Club. Following the event Sørensen rose to 16th on the 2008 Money List and briefly became the leading Dane on the Ladies European Tour. Round of 62 (−11) In the first round of the 2009 SAS Ladies Masters at Larvik Golfklubb in Norway, Sørensen equalled the LET 18-hole record when she shot 62 (−11) on a par-73 course. The 2012 LET Access Series was a series of professional women's golf tournaments held from March through November 2012 across Europe. The LET Access Series is the second-tier women's professional golf tour in Europe and is the official developmental tour of the Ladies European Tour. The European Tour (currently known as the DP World Tour for sponsorship reasons), legally the PGA European Tour is the leading men's professional golf tour in Europe. The organisation also operates the European Senior Tour (for players aged fifty or older) and the developmental Challenge Tour; the second tier of men’s professional golf in Europe. The tour's headquarters are at the Wentworth Club in Virginia Water, Surrey, England. Kristianstad Golf Club is a golf club located in Åhus 18 km southeast of Kristianstad in Skåne County, Sweden. It has hosted the European Ladies Amateur Championship and Kristianstad Ladies Open on the Ladies European Tour. History The club was admitted to the Swedish Golf Federation in 1924 as only the 6th club in the country. The first 9-hole course was located at Rinkaby military training ground. It was moved to its current location in Åhus in 1940 and the first 18-hole course, Åhus East, was completed by 1969. The first 9 holes of Åhus West was built in 1980 and its extension to 18 holes was completed in 2006. Royal Lytham & St Annes Golf Club in Lytham St Annes, Lancashire, England, is one of the courses in the Open Championship rotation. The 2006 Women's British Open was held 3–6 August at Royal Lytham & St Annes Golf Club in Lancashire, England. It was the 30th edition of the Women's British Open, and the sixth as a major championship on the LPGA Tour. Sherri Steinhauer, 43, won her second major title, three strokes ahead of runners-up Sophie Gustafson and Cristie Kerr. It was Steinhauer's third win at the Women's British Open, but the first since it was designated a major in 2001. The earlier wins were consecutive, in 1998 and 1999.
