Collectively, Fowler finished Hockey East conference play with a 19–3–1 record, ranking first in both wins (19) and save percentage (.925), as well as third in GAA (2.20), and was recognized as Hockey East Goaltending Champion. During the 2024 Hockey East men's ice hockey tournament, he made 62 saves and allowed just three goals between the Hockey East semifinals and championship games, helping the Eagles capture their 12th Hockey East tournament title, and was named to the Hockey East All-Tournament Team. Fowler registered his 31st win of the season during the regional finals of the 2024 NCAA Division I men's ice hockey tournament, setting an NCAA record for wins by a
