Zorawar Kalra
Zorawar Kalra (born 26 May 1977) is an Indian restaurateur. He is the son of Jiggs Kalra, the ‘Czar of Indian Cuisine’. He is the founder and managing director of Massive Restaurants Pvt Ltd, which owns brands such as Masala Library, Pa Pa Ya, Farzi Café, Made in Punjab and unique Asian eatery called Hotel ShangHigh. He hosted season five of ''MasterChef India'', replacing Sanjeev Kapoor. Career With a family backdrop immersed in restaurants, food was always at the centre of family life while Zorawar Kalra was growing up in New Delhi. Taking the lead from his father, his first entrepreneurial venture, ZK Restaurant Concepts, was launched in 2006, followed by a number of successful casual and fine dining restaurants. Jiggs Kalra
Jaspal Inder Singh Kalra, better known as Jiggs Kalra (21 May 1947 – 4 June 2019), was an Indian restaurateur, food columnist, television host, and author. He was popularly known as the "czar of Indian cuisine" and "tastemaker to the Nation." Career Jaspal Inder Singh Kalra attended Mayo College, a boarding school in Rajasthan, where he was captain of the basketball team where he may have acquired the nickname Jiggs. Soon after graduating, he started working as a trainee journalist at The Times of India in Bombay. Kalra wrote about innovative restaurants, unusual ingredients and new and old techniques in Indian cuisine. Vikas Khanna
Vikas Khanna (born 14 November 1971) is an Indian chef, restaurateur, cookbook writer, filmmaker and humanitarian. He is one of the judges of Star Plus series ''MasterChef India''. He is based in New York City. Early life and education Khanna was born in Amritsar, India, to Davinder and Bindu Khanna. His mother still lives there. Kunal Kapur (born 18 September 1979) is an Indian chef and restaurateur known for hosting and judging ''MasterChef India''. Early life Kapur was born in New Delhi to a Punjabi family.
