Nelly Zolanda Plúas Arias is an Ecuadorian politician and a member of Ecuador's Social Christian Party (PSC) and from 2021 a member of the National Assembly. Life Nelly Zolanda Plúas Arias has several university degrees including a doctorate and she was a professor in 2015 at the University of Guayaquil until she became a member of the National Assembly in 2021. Her substitute was Alvarado López Edson Cristobal. She represents the Province of Guayas District 4. She is a member of the Permanent Commission of Education, Culture, Science, Technology, Innovation and Ancestral Knowledge after she was elected in May 2020. Social Christian Party (Ecuador)
The Social Christian Party ( es, Partido Social Cristiano; PSC) is a centre-right political party in Ecuador. The party was founded in 1951 under the name of Social Christian Movement (''Movimiento Social Cristiano'') by Camilo Ponce Enríquez, who was Ecuador's president from 1956 to 1960, and Sixto Durán Ballén. It was initially focused on Quito. Since the 1980s, however, the party's popularity is more present on the coastal areas, particularly around Ecuador's economic center and most populous city, Guayaquil, and in coastal provinces, such as Guayas, El Oro, Los Rios, and Manabi, which constitute about half of the country's population. Jahiren Noriega
Jahiren Elizabeth Noriega Donoso (born 1997) is an Ecuadorian politician and sociologist. She was elected to the National Assembly in 2022 and re-elected in 2023 as a member of the Citizen Revolution Movement. As of 2023, she is Ecuador's youngest legislator. Education Noriega completed her secondary education at the Sebastián de Benalcazar Municipal School, where in November 2014 she was elected president of the student council. However, the campus authorities tried to prevent her from taking office because there had been no election regulations. Noriega filed a protection action against the school, which was ruled in her favor. Her case was supported by education minister Augusto Espinosa. Daule is a small town located south of the city of Esmeraldas in Esmeraldas Province, Ecuador. The town is located on the Pacific Ocean side of Ecuador and the population is about 760 residents in the immediate town.
