Vladimir Alexanderovich Zharkov (russian: Влади́мир Алекса́ндрович Жарко́в; born January 10, 1988) is a Russian professional ice hockey right winger. He is currently playing with Avangard Omsk of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL). He has formerly playing in the National Hockey League with the New Jersey Devils. Daniil Edgardovich Zharkov (russian: Даниил Эдгардович Жарков; born February 6, 1994) is a Russian ice hockey player. He is currently playing with Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL). The Edmonton Oilers selected Zharkov with the last pick of the third round (91st overall) in the 2012 NHL Entry Draft. Zharkov began his 2010-11 season in the Russian Minor Hockey League with Serebryanie LVI St. Petersburg where he scored 3 points in 12 games. Andrei Zharkov (russian: Андрей Жарков) is a former ice dancer who represented the Soviet Union. With his wife Svetlana Serkeli, he is the 1986 World Junior silver medalist. Serkeli and Zharkov were coached by Lyudmila Pakhomova. In late 1984, they placed fifth at the 1985 World Junior Championships in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Lyudmila Ilyinichna Maslakova (russian: Людмила Ильинична Маслакова, née , Zharkova; born 26 February 1952 in Astrakhan) is a Soviet athlete who competed mainly in the 100 metres. Career Maslakova trained at VSS Trud in Sverdlovsk and later at Burevestnik in Moscow. She competed for the USSR in the 1968 Summer Olympics held in Mexico City, Mexico in the 4 x 100 metres where she won the bronze medal with her teammates Galina Bukharina, Vera Popkova and Lyudmila Samotyosova. Olga Nikolayevna Jarkova (russian: Óльга Никола́евна Жарко́ва; born January 11, 1979, in Moscow, USSR) is a Russian curler. She has represented Russia twice at the Winter Olympics, in 2002 and 2006. Career Jarkova has been curling for Russia internationally since 1999, when she threw fourth stones for Nina Golovtchenko at the World Junior Challenge where they won silver. She threw third stones that year at a disappointing last place finish in the World Junior Curling Championships. After this, she was back to throwing fourth stones. At the 2001 European Curling Championships she became skip of the Russian team. This move eventually paid off, as the team won the gold medal at the 2003 Universiade.
