Zuma (comics)
Zuma is a Filipino comic book character created by Jim Fernandez in 1974. The character first appeared in a serial written by Fernandez entitled ''Aztec''. From 1976 to 1985, Zuma got his own series named ''Anak ni Zuma'' that was serialized in ''Aliwan Komiks'' published by Graphics Arts Service Inc. with illustration by Ben Maniclang. The comics series was the biggest best seller for ''Aliwan''. Following this publication success, spin-offs and a 1990s reboot about the character were published and it was further expanded in other media including film and television. Zuma is a restaurant founded by chef Rainer Becker, inspired by informal ''izakaya''-style Japanese dining in which dishes are brought to the table continuously throughout the meal. USA-280 (codenamed "Zuma") was a classified United States government satellite that was launched by SpaceX on 8 January 2018, on the 47th flight of the Falcon 9 rocket. Suma People
The Suma (also Zuma and Zumana) were an indigenous people who lived in northern part of the Mexican state of Chihuahua and western part of the U.S. state of Texas. They were nomadic hunter gatherers who practiced little or no agriculture. The Suma merged with Apache groups and the Mestizo population of northern Mexico, and are extinct as a distinct people. Identity and livelihood Confusion is rife concerning the complex mix of indigenous peoples who lived near the Rio Grande in west Texas. ''PAW Patrol'' is a Canadian computer-animated children's television series created by Keith Chapman. It is produced by Spin Master Entertainment, with animation provided by Guru Studio. In Canada, the series is primarily broadcast on TVOKids, which first ran previews of the show in August 2013. The series premiered on Nickelodeon in the United States on August 12, 2013. The series focuses on a young boy named Ryder who leads a crew of search and rescue dogs that call themselves the PAW Patrol. Zuma Beach is a county beach at 30000 Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) in Malibu, California. Zuma, Sudan
Zuma (el-Zuma) is an archaeological site including a village and burial ground about downstream from Jebel Barkal in what is now Sudan. It lies about south of El-Kurru, in the Napatan Region, on the right side of the Nile. The cemetery was visited several times by researchers in the last two hundred years, but there were only brief descriptions written, and no excavations. The tumuli field at el-Zuma has been known, erroneously, as the “El-Zuma Pyramids” since the first half of the 20th century. A plan was drawn up during the expedition of Karl Richard Lepsius. Southern Pacific was an American country rock band that existed from 1983 to 1991. They are best known for hits such as "Any Way the Wind Blows" (1989), which was used in the soundtrack for the film '' Pink Cadillac'' starring Clint Eastwood and Bernadette Peters, and "New Shade of Blue" (1988, their highest-ranking single on the country charts in November of that year).
