You (La Cream Song)
"You" is a 1998 song recorded by Swedish Eurodance band La Cream and was released as the second single from their only album, '' Sound & Vision'' (1998). It was successful on the charts in Scandinavia, peaking at number three in Norway, number 11 in Finland and number 12 in Sweden. The song is sung by lead vocalist Tess Mattisson and is mostly sung in English, but also features some French lyrics. Executive producer is Dr. Alban. The music video was shot in Stockholm City Hall in Sweden. It features Mattisson performing inside several rooms, like the Golden Hall. La Cream is a Sweden, Swedish Eurodance band. Released only one album, ''Sound & Vision'' (1998), which had several hit singles. La Cream consists of singer/dancer Tess Mattisson, Tess. Was produced and mixed by Freddie Hogblad & Ari Lehtonen. Lyrics were mixture of French, Spanish and English. La Cream was Signed by label manager Menne Kosta at dr.records. The band split up as Tess Mattisson pursued a solo career. ''Music & Media'' was a pan-European magazine for radio, music and entertainment. It was published for the first time in 1984 as ''Eurotipsheet'', but in 1986 it changed name to ''Music & Media''. "the Sweden top list") is the Swedish national record chart, formerly known as Topplistan (1975–1997) and Hitlistan (1998–2007) and known by its current name since October 2007, based on sales data from the Swedish Recording Industry Association (in Swedish Grammofonleverantörernas förening). Therese Grankvist (born 2 May 1977) is a Swedish singer and songwriter. She started recording in 1997 under the Drömhus alias, and goes by Therese since the release of her single "Monkey" in 2002. She may be best known for her internationally successful collaborations with Swedish DJ and producer StoneBridge, "Put 'Em High" and " Take Me Away", released on Hed Kandi in 2004. Therese started her own label Vixon Records in 2014. Early life Therese Grankvist spent her childhood in Nässjö, Sweden. She later moved to Tullinge (near Stockholm) at the age of 13. Basic Element (music Group)
Basic Element is a Swedish Eurodance hip-hop group formed in 1992. The group returned in 2005 and is still releasing new material. From Malmö in Sweden, the group originally consisted of rapper/singer Peter Thelenius (Petrus), and keyboardist Cesar Zamini, accordion and vocalist Zetma Prenbo. Later vocalists were Saunet Sparell, Marie Fredriksson (not to be confused with the Roxette singer Marie Fredriksson). Currently, the band is the original member and founder Peter Thelenius, along with his wife Linda Thelenius and Jonas Wesslander. History Peter Thelenius and Cesar Zamini began the group in 1992, searched for a singer through the employment office and found Zetma. In 1993, they made a record deal with EMI Records, thus releasing their first single "Move Me". Golden Hall (Stockholm City Hall)
The Golden Hall ( sv, Gyllene Salen) is a banqueting hall in Stockholm City Hall. Measuring in length, it received its name when its walls were decorated by mosaics created by the artist Einar Forseth on a proposal by the City Hall architect Ragnar Östberg. The hall is best known as the location of the ball after the annual Nobel Banquet in the City Hall's Blue Hall. History A location for festivities in the central building of Stockholm City Hall was ordered in 1908 by the city councillor in the building programme for Stockholm's city hall, and the name ''Gyllene Salen'' was given to it in 1909. Initially the Golden Hall was not golden but built with stone and granite. Stockholm City Hall ( sv, Stockholms stadshus, ''Stadshuset'' locally) is the seat of Stockholm Municipality in Stockholm, Sweden.
