La Cream
La Cream is a Sweden, Swedish Eurodance band. Released only one album, ''Sound & Vision'' (1998), which had several hit singles. La Cream consists of singer/dancer Tess Mattisson, Tess. Was produced and mixed by Freddie Hogblad & Ari Lehtonen. Lyrics were mixture of French, Spanish and English. La Cream was Signed by label manager Menne Kosta at dr.records. The band split up as Tess Mattisson pursued a solo career. "You" is a 1998 song recorded by Swedish Eurodance band La Cream and was released as the second single from their only album, '' Sound & Vision'' (1998). It was successful on the charts in Scandinavia, peaking at number three in Norway, number 11 in Finland and number 12 in Sweden. The song is sung by lead vocalist Tess Mattisson and is mostly sung in English, but also features some French lyrics. Executive producer is Dr. Alban. The music video was shot in Stockholm City Hall in Sweden. It features Mattisson performing inside several rooms, like the Golden Hall. This Time I'm Free
"This Time I'm Free" is a song by Sweden-based musician and producer Dr. Alban, released in 1995 as the first single from his fourth studio album, '' Born in Africa'' (1996). It features vocals by singer Martina Edoff and charted in many European countries, peaking at number two in Finland, number three in Sweden, number ten in Denmark and number eleven in Norway. On the Eurochart Hot 100, it reached number 22 in September 1995. Music video The accompanying music video for "This Time I'm Free" was directed by Jonathan Bate. It was made in black-and-white and starts with the message "last year in Africa alone more than 12.000 people were held prisoner without charges - amnesty 1995". In the end the message "freedom is a right and not a privilege" appear.
