Artem Dalakian (; born 10 August 1987) is a Ukrainian professional boxer who held the World Boxing Association (WBA) flyweight title between 2018 and 2024. Professional career Early career Dalakian was scheduled to fight Angel Moreno for the vacant WBA Continental flyweight title, on July 17, 2015. He won the fight by a unanimous decision. The Pan Asian Boxing Association, also known as PABA, is an organisation for professional boxing in the Central Asia, Oceania, Pan Pacific, Eurasia and Southeast and Far East nations. It was formed in 1995 and is headquartered in Seoul. History Since its inception in 1995 there have been over 800 sanctioned championship matches. is a Japanese professional boxer who held the WBC flyweight title from 2017 to 2018. Amateur career Higa turned pro at the age of 18, after a brief amateur career where he accrued a 36–8 record.
