Woodbury Glacier
Piccard Cove () is a cove forming the southernmost part of Wilhelmina Bay, along the west coast of Graham Land, Antarctica. Location Wilhelmina Bay is on the Danco Coast on the west side of the Antarctic Peninsula. Piccard Cove in the south of Wilhelmina Bay is bordered by the Arctowski Peninsula to the northwest and Forbidden Plateau to the northeast. To the north, Wilhelmina Bay opens into the Gerlache Strait. Mapping and name Piccard Cove was charted by the Belgian Antarctic Expedition (BelgAE) under Adrien de Gerlache, 1897–99. It was named by the UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee (UK-APC) in 1960 for Auguste Piccard, Swiss physicist, stratosphere pioneer who reached a height of in a hydrogen-filled balloon in 1931. Woodbury Kane
Woodbury Kane (February 8, 1859 – December 5, 1905) was a yachtsman and bon vivant, and member of Theodore Roosevelt's Rough Riders. A director of the Metropolitan Register Company, Kane served aboard the ''Columbia'' in the 1899 America's Cup race. He also was a noted hunter of big game, both in North America and South Africa. He was a member of the New York Yacht Club (for many years serving on the club's America's Cup committee), the Metropolitan Club, the Knickerbocker Club, the Racquet Court Club, the Seawanhaka Corinthian Yacht Club, the Meadowbrook Hunt Club, the Hudson River Ice Yacht Club, the Larchmont Club, and the Yacht and Country Club. The Governor (real name in the novel and comic book: Brian Blake, alias Philip Blake; in the TV series: Philip Blake, alias Brian Heriot) is a fictional character and one of the main antagonists from ''The Walking Dead'' comic book and television series. Fort Woodbury
Fort Woodbury was a Lunette (fortification), lunette fortification built in 1861 by the 4th Michigan Infantry Regiment during the early American Civil War. It was part of the larger Arlington Line, an extensive network of fortifications erected in present-day Arlington County, Virginia designed to protect Washington, D.C. from Confederate States of America, Confederate attack. Like the other 3 lunettes in the Arlington Line, Fort Woodbury occupied highlands in Arlington that had a direct line of sight towards Washington DC. Woodbury or Woodberry, is a historic mansion located near Leetown, Jefferson County, West Virginia. It was built in 1834-1835 for the jurist and Congressman Henry St. George Tucker, Sr. (1780–1848). Tucker lived at Woodbury from its construction until 1844. Description Woodbury is stories tall and is built of stone, faced with white plaster in a Regency period style. At and 22 rooms, it is an unusually large house. The front facade features a flat-roofed center portico supported by four plain columns in front and two engaged columns in the rear. The five-bay elevation is raised above a particularly high raised basement. The end elevations have prominent stepped parapets incorporating the chimneys.
