History The club was established in 1993 and joined Division 5B of the Cambridgeshire County Football League, Cambridgeshire League. A third-place finish in Division 3B in 2005–06 saw the club promoted to Division 2B. After finishing as runners-up in Division 2B in 2006–07, they were promoted to Division 1B. They won the division in 2008–09, earning promotion to the Senior B division. They won the Senior B division in 2010–11, and were promoted to the Senior A division. A third-place finish the following season resulted in promotion to the Premier Division. Wisbech St Mary
Wisbech St Mary is a village in the Fenland District of Cambridgeshire, England. It is west of the town of Wisbech. It lies between two Great Britain road numbering scheme, roads, the B1169 and the A47 road, A47. The population of the civil parish (including Guyhirn and Thorney Toll) at the 2011 Census was 3,556. History The parish is named after the dedication of its parish church to Mary, mother of Jesus, St Mary. The Church of St Mary is a Grade II* listed building. The church is essentially Perpendicular Gothic, perpendicular but with Victorian restoration, restorations of 1894 and 1901. In the later Middle Ages various subordinate manors were located in the parish including Hiptofts, Jacketts, Tuddenham Hall and Bevis Hall. The Cambridgeshire County Football League, currently styled as the Adcock Cambridgeshire County League for sponsorship purposes, is a football league competition covering Cambridgeshire and western parts of Suffolk, Norfolk and northwestern parts of Essex in England. The 2021–22 season was the 79th season in the history of the Eastern Counties Football League, a football competition in England. Teams are divided into three divisions, the Premier Division at Step 5, and the geographically separated Division One North and Division One South, both at Step 6 of the English football league system. Wisbech ( ) is a market town, inland port and civil parish in the Fenland district in Cambridgeshire, England. In 2011 it had a population of 31,573.
