Wahed Ahmed
Wahed Ahmed (Bengali: ওয়াহেদ আহমেদ; born 3 December 1993) is a retired Bangladeshi professional footballer who played as a striker. Club career Wahed began his career with the junior team of Mohammedan SC, before moving to Fakirerpool Young Men's Club in the Dhaka Senior Division League. With Fakirerpool, he won the Senior Division in 2007–08 and again in 2010, the latter season as the league's top scorer. Wahed made his Bangladesh Premier League debut with Sheikh Russel KC in 2010. On 28 February 2011, he scored his first topflight goal against Mohammedan SC in a 1–0 victory. With Mohammedan, he was the second top scorer of local player list in 2013–14 Bangladesh Premier League with 15 goals. In the 2013 Super Cup he scored 3 goals and became the joint top scorer along with Sheikh Russel KC's Jahid Hasan Ameli and Brothers Union's Jewel Rana. Zahid Hasan Ameli ( bn, জাহিদ হাসান এমিলি; born 25 December 1987) is a Bangladeshi footballer who plays as a striker for Brothers Union and the Bangladesh national team. He is the current second top scorer of the Bangladesh national football team and also has the third highest caps. Club career From 2007 to 2009, Ameli played for Dhaka side Abahani Limited where he scored a total of 25 league goals, helping the club win back-to-back B. League titles. He then moved to another Dhaka side, Mohammedan Sport Club for the 2009–10 season where he scored 18 goals as the club finished league runners-up. Dhaka Senior Division Football League, also referred as First Division Football League, is the third tier of football league in Bangladesh. Until 2006, it was the top-tier league of the country. It was established in 1948 as Dhaka League, while Bangladesh was still under Pakistani control. Upon the creation of the new national top-tier professional league B. The 2013 South Asian Football Federation Championship, commonly referred to as 2013 SAFF Championship, was the 10th SAFF Championship for men's national football teams organized by the South Asian Football Federation (SAFF). The tournament took place from 31 August to 11 September 2013, and was hosted by Nepal for the second time, with the previous being in 1997.
