The station is currently owned by Educational Media Foundation. History The station was assigned the call letters WISQ on 1981-04-07. On 1986-10-26, the station changed its call sign to WQJY-FM, on 1987-03-26 to WQJY, and on 1997-01-01 to WKBH-FM. On June 3, 2020, Mississippi Valley Broadcasters sold off its entire La Crosse cluster of stations in three separate sales; as part of the sales, WKBH-FM was sold to the Educational Media Foundation, marking the Christian music-focused company's entry into the La Crosse market. The station was expected to flip to either their K-Love or Air 1 network upon the sale's closure.
