Voyo
Voyo is a European paid video on demand service launched in 2011 as a free archive of programs produced by every national TV channel owned by CME and a platform for live broadcasting of original work and sports broadcasts. It gradually transformed into a paid service modeled after the American Netflix. The range of available programs is regularly changed. According to the operator, there are more than 2,000 movies and series. The vast majority of the listed titles are either Bulgarian, Czech, Romanian, Slovak, Slovene or fully or partially localized. The service also provides live broadcasts of sports channels. On the portal, it is also possible to watch films, series and programs a week earlier than on TV. ''Iveta'' is a 2022 Czech biographical miniseries. It is based on life of Czech singer, actress and celebrity Iveta Bartošová. It was directed by director Michal Samir, who also wrote the screenplay. Production The series was filmed under the brand Voyo Original and was published on the Voyo platform. After The Roubal Case, Guru and Národní házená, this is the fourth series filmed under the banner Voyo Original. Anna Fialová, Vojtěch Vodochodský, Ondřej Gregor Brzobohatý, Eliška Křenková, Miroslav Hanuš, Alena Mihulová, Igor Chmela and Jan Vondráček appeared in the main roles of the series. Guru is a 2022 three-part drama television series developed and produced by Dramedy Productions. The authors of the project Jan Coufal, Filip Bobiňski and Petr Šizling entrusted Jan Coufal's script to director Biser Arichtev. The series was filmed under the Voyo Original brand and published on the Voyo platform. After the series The Roubal Case, it is the second series filmed under the banner Voyo Original. The series was inspired by real events, especially the character of Jaroslav Dobeš (known as Guru Jara), who practiced the so-called "unhooking" method and raped his female clients. Ordinace v růžové zahradě 2 (until 2008 Ordinace v růžové zahradě, meaning: ''Doctor's office in the rose garden 2'') is a Czech medical drama and soap opera broadcast from 2005 to 2021 on TV Nova channel and from 2021 on Voyo.cz. The soap opera plot is about a hospital in fictive town of Kamenice located in Hradec Králové District, its employees (like doctors and nurses, or even the patients) and their life stories, families and relationships. Until March 2020, the soap opera was broadcast every Tuesday and Thursday in the prime time. Iveta Bartošová (8 April 1966 – 29 April 2014) was a Czech singer, actress and celebrity, three-time best female vocalist in the music poll Zlatý slavík (1986, 1990 and 1991).
